  • Unlimited email contact and regular check-ins to keep planning on track

  • Creation of a detailed, personalized wedding day timeline

  • Contact with all booked vendors to confirm services and finalize logistics

  • Floor plan assistance and distribution to vendors for flawless setup

 

Rehearsal

  • 1 hour of on-site coordination to ensure a smooth and stress-free ceremony run-through

Wedding Day

  • Full on-site management from start of setup through the last major reception formalities

  • Overseeing ceremony and reception setup according to your vision

  • Assisting with post-ceremony photos

  • Acting as your “wedding day brain,” handling behind-the-scenes logistics so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment
