This package includes Day of Coordination
Before Wedding Day

Two to three face-to-face meetings throughout the months and days leading up to your wedding.

Vendor research (you tell me what you're looking for in a vendor then I contact vendors for you to see if they're available, and you choose from a list of 3-5 in each vendor category).

Regular check-ins to ensure that everything is on track for your big day.

Vendor contact to confirm the services that they will provide from the start of the wedding day to the end.

Wedding Day

On-site coordination for the entire wedding day. Blush Weddings & Events will be at your wedding to ensure that the ceremony and reception are set up according to your specifications, to assist with the cueing of the vendors, family members, and wedding party at the ceremony, to help with family or group photos post-ceremony, to assist in keeping the day running smooth, placement of simple decor details (welcome table, place cards, favors, and seating chart), and overall to act as the wedding couple's "brain" for the day. ​
Day of Coordination
Day of Wedding Coordination is the perfect package for couples that have their whole wedding planned but need a professional Wedding Planner to make sure all their hard work is executed, seamlessly.
This package starts at $800.
Before Wedding Day

A first meeting to learn the vision of your wedding or event and a final meeting 4-6 weeks before the wedding to finalize all last-minute details

Advice and assistance for completing the wedding day timeline, ensuring that the timeline is exactly how you want it to be.

1-2 weeks before the wedding day, we will call all vendors to verify details of their services and any remaining balances
Rehearsal

Blush Weddings & Events will be at your wedding to ensure that the ceremony and reception are setup according to your specifications, to assist with the cueing of the vendors, family members and wedding party at the ceremony, to help with family or group photos post-ceremony, to assist in keeping the day running smooth, placement of simple decor details (welcome table, place cards, favours, and seating chart), and overall to act as the wedding couple's "brain" for the day. ​

Set Up & Tear Down
You have already decided on the decor for your wedding, either through renting, as a DIY wedding, or through purchasing decor items yourself. Now all you need is an experienced professional to set it up for you. Blush Weddings & Events is happy to come in, set-up the decor as per your specifications, and then come back to clean it up at the end of the night.
This package starts at $500.

An email questionnaire to learn the vision of the wedding, as well as how you would like your decor items implemented.

A final in-person meeting to determine finalize the details, discuss the layout and determine how you would like your decor set-up.
