Day of Wedding Coordination is the perfect package for couples that have their whole wedding planned but need a professional Wedding Planner to make sure all their hard work is executed, seamlessly. This package starts at $800. Before Wedding Day - A first meeting to learn the vision of your wedding or event and a final meeting 4-6 weeks before the wedding to finalize all last-minute details - Advice and assistance for completing the wedding day timeline, ensuring that the timeline is exactly how you want it to be. - 1-2 weeks before the wedding day, we will call all vendors to verify details of their services and any remaining balances Rehearsal - One hour of coordination and assistance for the ceremony rehearsal. Wedding Day - On-site coordination on the wedding day from the start of the setup until the formalities of the reception are complete. Blush Weddings & Events will be at your wedding to ensure that the ceremony and reception are setup according to your specifications, to assist with the cueing of the vendors, family members and wedding party at the ceremony, to help with family or group photos post-ceremony, to assist in keeping the day running smooth, placement of simple decor details (welcome table, place cards, favours, and seating chart), and overall to act as the wedding couple's "brain" for the day. ​ And anything more than I can do to help make your wedding day calm, smooth, and perfect.
